2010

Affiliate websites

My growth story starts with small affiliate sites. I drove traffic with SEO and paid ads and tried every tactic under the sun. It was messy but taught me the fundamentals.

2012

Seven online stores

We sold the affiliate sites and launched an e-commerce holding with seven shops. I took the CXL CRO traineeship and applied every lesson across those stores. Conversion and scale became daily practice.

2014

Smartphone insurance

We sold the affiliate sites and launched an e-commerce holding with seven shops. I took the CXL CRO traineeship and applied every lesson across those stores. Conversion and scale became daily practice.

2015

Teaching growth strategy

I started speaking and running workshops. Explaining the work forced me to clarify the method and spot the patterns most teams miss.

2016

NU.nl optimisation

I handled conversion work for one of the biggest news sites in the Netherlands. High traffic and rapid A/B testing cemented my data-first approach.

2018

2018

Founder Polaris Growth

I launched Polaris Growth in 2018 to help Shopify and Klaviyo-based e-commerce brands grow with the same structured principles I use today.

In 2021 Omar and I combined our separate shops under the Polaris Growth name, and together we built the team to 11 people while driving results well-known online retailers.

I exited the company in 2023, handing the team a proven, process-driven operation.

2021

Co-founder Replicable

Together with my long-time collaborator and friend Stefan in 't Veld, I launched Replicable: a dedicated Pipedrive agency built to give B2B teams plug-and-play CRM setups.

After five years of freelancing side-by-side, we pooled our know-how to help clients get a sales pipeline that scales without the usual tech headaches.

2023

Interim head of growth

Since I've exited both Replicable & Polaris, I have worked as a head of growth for various companies. Usually stepping in for 3-6 months and taking over growth in a fractional role.

2025

Recorded B2B growth course

Early 2025 found me behind the camera, turning a decade of hands-on growth work into a step-by-step digital course for B2B marketers. Every module distills real projects, wins, and lessons so teams can skip the guess-work and apply the framework straight away.
