About Solid Growth

For over 15 years, I have been working at the intersection of marketing, sales, and business systems, helping companies achieve predictable, structured growth. My journey began in 2010 when I founded my first company. Since then, I have started and exited multiple businesses, advised global brands, and developed growth strategies that have generated millions in revenue.

I have worked with a wide range of businesses, from startups to multinational companies, including NU.nl, Decathlon, Koffievoordeel, Hotelgift, and SOPHIA MAE. I also sit on the advisory board of Decathlon Netherlands, offering strategic insights on e-commerce and revenue growth.

What I have consistently seen is that businesses struggle to grow because they lack a system. They rely on fragmented tactics, disconnected tools, and short-term thinking, leading to unpredictable results. Growth is not a goal—it is a system. If sales rely too much on the founder, if marketing and sales teams are not aligned, or if revenue fluctuates unpredictably, the problem is not the effort—it is the structure.

Solid Growth exists to change that.

This is why the Solid Growth Programme was created. It systemises growth in 100 days by improving 12 key growth metrics. These are small, measurable changes that, when combined, lead to significant, long-term results. Businesses do not need more traffic or more leads. They need a system that removes bottlenecks, creates leverage, and enables them to grow without constant firefighting.

Ewoud Uphof is the founder of solid growth and has been at the forefront of revenue growth for over a decade. With experience spanning startups, agencies, consulting firms, and multinational brands, he has built and scaled businesses by focusing on structured, repeatable growth systems.

Beyond consulting, Ewoud has trained over 1,000 growth specialists and continues to share his expertise through advisory roles, workshops, and the solid growth programme. His passion lies in helping businesses stop grinding for growth and start systemising it.
