What do I need to prepare?

How is this different from a discovery call?

The quick wins call gives you free tactical advice in the first half, then transitions into a pitch. The discovery call is purely to figure out if we're a fit. Book this if you want some help plus context on how I work. Book discovery if you're already interested in consultancy.

Is this actually free?

Yes. You get the advice whether we work together or not. But I will pitch you on consultancy in the second half of the call.
