FAQ

Is this course only for marketers?

No. This course covers the entire customer journey, so you'll see how traffic, funnel, pipeline, and customer value work together. Whether you're a marketer, salesperson, or founder, you'll understand how all engines connect and where to focus your efforts.

How long do I have access to the course?

Lifetime access. You get a single licence for one person with full access to all videos and templates immediately. So the content is not 'dripped' over time - you get access to everything immediately. I regularly update the course, so when videos are refreshed or new modules are added, you get access automatically. When templates are updated, you have access too and can create a copy of the newer version of it.

Do you offer support if I get stuck?

Support isn't included. However, I've been teaching this system since 2010 at the Talent Institute and across different marketing agencies, so I've answered virtually every question you can think of, and those answers are built into the course. For practical implementation steps that change over time, this website has extensive free resources including playbooks, tools, and wiki to help you apply what you learn. If you want more hands-on help, consider working with me in a consultancy engagement.

Can I buy multiple licences for my team?

Yes. Contact me for team pricing if you want to train multiple people. The course works well when your marketing and sales team learn the system together.

We don't have much revenue yet. Should I wait?

If you're pre-revenue or pre-product-market fit, wait. This course is designed for B2B companies doing €500K–€5M in revenue who want to build a predictable system. Earlier-stage companies should focus on finding product-market fit first.

Will this replace our agency or current tactics?

No, it complements them. The course teaches you the system behind growth so you can manage agencies better, prioritise tactics strategically, and build infrastructure that makes everything else work harder. You'll keep what works and fix what doesn't.

What if I use different tools than you recommend?

The course focuses on principles and frameworks, not specific tools. You'll learn what each tool needs to accomplish, so you can apply it to whatever stack you're already using. Tool recommendations are optional.

Is there a refund policy?
