How do I know if this is right for us?

Book a discovery call. We'll discuss your situation, I'll explain how I work, and we'll figure out if it makes sense. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.

Can I just hire you for the pilot?

Yes. The pilot is standalone with no obligation to continue. It gives you a clear diagnosis and action plan. If it's not a fit, we part ways. If it is, we move to the build phase. You can't skip the pilot and go straight to build or optimise.

What size companies do you work with?

Typically B2B companies doing €500K to €5M in revenue. But I make exceptions if you have strong product-market fit, recent funding, or clear scaling potential. The key question is whether you'll get a strong return on investment. On the discovery call, I'll tell you honestly if I think it's worth it for you.

What does a typical engagement look like?

We always start with a one-week pilot to validate the approach and diagnose your bottleneck. If it's a fit, we move to the 12-week build phase where I set up your growth machine and train your team. After that, you can optionally hire me as your fractional Head of Growth for ongoing optimisation.

Do you work hands-on or do you advise?

Both. I build the infrastructure hands-on, set up tools, run initial experiments, and train your team. But I also advise on strategy, prioritisation, and how to interpret results. You get a working system plus the knowledge to run it independently.

How much time will this take from my team?

Expect meaningful involvement during the build phase. Your team needs to work alongside me to learn the system, contribute to experiments, and take ownership. It's building internal capability, so time investment is essential.

What if we already have an agency?

That works. I focus on building the infrastructure and systems that make your agency's work more effective. They can keep running ads, content, or campaigns whilst I build the foundation. We often complement each other well.
